What is Dantty Online shopping about?

Dantty is an online shopping platform based in Kampala where Ugandans can shop a variety of products and get them delivered to their door step. Dantty also assures its customers of quality, affordable prices and fast delivery in all areas of Uganda. The products on dantty are categorized in fashion, baby products, phones, appliances, electronics, gadgets, accessories, sports art & crafts, office products, home essentials, apparel, software, cosmetics, scholastic, kitchenware, and groceries.

Do you deliver to places beyond Kampala and if so, how long do you take to deliver?

Yes, it is possible to deliver to places beyond Kampala because of our versed network with courier organizations that operate throughout the country.
For places where we are using a third party company to deliver products, the customer is charged according to the service provider used to ship the product and the customer is informed on when their purchase will arrive.

Does Dantty accept Returns?

We accept returns once the products delivered to out customer is faulty or in a wrong size as requested to by the customer while placing their order. Dantty also guarantees full repair and replacement or refund for products that suffer damage during shipping or before shipping.
We are however not answerable to product damages that happen after the delivery has been made or when the product seals are broken by the customer or unscrewed.

Do you accept Cash On Delivery?

Yes. We do accept cash on Delivery on almost all products regardless your location. However, there are many options that customers can choose from when making purchases on Dantty. How can I sell products online with Dantty?

It is quite easy to Sell your products on Dantty. All you need is to go to and login to your Dantty account if you already have one. If not, you can create your dantty account by clicking “Create Account”, fill in the form and click "Create Your Dantty Account" to submit and login.
You will then fill the form provided to Register your bushiness and start uploading product images and add their details. Dantty will then verify the products uploaded and will market them online to find customers who will order for your products.

Do I need to have a physically registered shop to sell products with Dantty

You do not need to have a physical shop to sell your products with Dantty. All you need is your inventory or stock. You can as well work from home or anywhere else and Dantty takes care of the delivery and customer service on your behalf. Dantty will genuinely market your products to get online customers without any restrictions as long as your products are verified by the Dantty Team.

Ordering And Payment

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

You can also make reorders of the previously placed orders to by clicking the Orders Button. You will then proceed to click on the item, add it to the cart and place a new order.
Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.
Our online ordering system will ask you for important information you should submit. If you have already logged into the system, your account will be stored in the browser or application to allow automatic login when you get back to our store or any Dantty website or application
With Dantty, you can only use cash on delivery and Bank transfer to carry out your payments. For any other means of payment like MTN mobile money and Airtel Money, You will be contacted by our customer care service personnel to guide you throughout the process of payment.
No, Value Added Tax is not charged on our platform and you does not appear on the checkout page. So, you don't have to fill your VAT number\ anywhere on our Application or website.
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements (for example perishables or dry ice) extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Your Account

Go to this page and click "Create Account", then just fill in the needed information and click "Create Your Dantty Account". After submitting the form, your account will be created and logged in.

You can also click "Login" anywhere on the Dantty website or application and follow the same procedure. Relatively, click "register" and fill in the form provided and click "Create your Dantty Account" to submit the form.
You can retrieve your password by clicking "forgot password" and follow the steps that follow. You will then be requested to enter the new password. Click "Change password" and your account will log in automatically
You can easily change your account information or details. you first have to make sure you have logged into your account. Click "my account" then "settings". Here you will be able to edit all the details of your account including (Username, delivery location, Email, Password).
Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.


You can easily track all orders you made with Dantty by clicking "Orders". All yours order history will be well displayed including delivered, pending and cancelled orders
Shipping time is depends on when the order is confirmed by the Dantty Dispatch team. But for orders confirmed before 3pm EAT, they are shipped and delivered on the same day.
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Some products need to be shipped in dry ice. These dry ice shipments have a slightly higher shipping fee. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.
You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” then "Settings" and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “Delivery location”.

You can also change your shipping location before you checkout any order on the Checkout page. Click edit delivery location and enter the new shipping location that you want your package to be delivered.
