Centacid Suspension is used for stomach acid, increases water in the intestines, Heartburn, Peptic ulcer pain, Sour stomach, Painful pressure, Hiccups, Swelling in the abdomen and other conditions. Centacid Suspension may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.Centacid Suspension contains Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide and Simethicone as active ingredients.Centacid Suspension works by neutralizing the acid in the stomach; neutralizing the acids released in the stomach; acting on inner lining of intestine and allowing gas bubbles to come together.Before using Centacid Suspension, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.).
