Haritaki and Bibhitaki are also revered for their excellentrejuvenating properties. Ingredients: Organic Amalaki Fruit(Emblica Officinalis), Organic Bibhitaki Fruit (Terminalia Belerica), OrganicHaritaki Fruit (Terminalia Chebula)Storage Info: Refrigeration notrequired. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.Country of Origin: India Suggested use of Organic Triphala Powder:Therecommended dosage is 1 teaspoon per day. This will help flush out the intestines and helpremove what the triphala has loosened from the intestinal walls. There shouldbe many evacuations shortly after. If nothing happens, it means you are veryclogged up with toxins so you may need to increase the dosage.
