To conserve battery power, we recommend using the first or second mode. 2.To maximize the lighting effect, ensure that the solar outdoor lights absorb sufficient sunlight. Install the solar panel away from shade caused by trees, buildings, etc. A mounting height of 6.5-8 feet is recommended. 3.The light will not turn on during the daytime or in bright areas, as the solar panel has a light sensor. Ensure that the solar light is charged by sufficient sunlight, then cover the solar panel with something before pushing the button to choose modes. The sequence is: off, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3, and then off again. 4.During rainy days or periods without enough sunlight, the lights may not illuminate at night due to lack of power. Please charge the lights for at least 8 hours when the sun is out.
